Jacqueline Newmark-Tavares
Jacqueline started her real estate career in 1999 handling the leasing and management of a large commercial portfolio. By 2000 she joined CBRE where she focused on the needs of office and retail tenants for 16 years. During her time at CBRE, Jacqueline gained a deep understanding of the issues that tenants and buyers can experience when they don’t have a strong representative advocating for their best interests. Her passion for representing buyers and tenants led her to establish Newmark Commercial Real Estate in 2016 where she has represented restaurateurs, national stock brokerages, technology firms, distribution warehouses, medical offices, and more. With her market knowledge and commercial real estate experience, Jacqueline is able to find her clients their ideal properties, negotiate favorable terms, and offer creative solutions to all their real estate needs.
